2. Payments by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of shopping at www.abode-decor.com. We can only accept Mastercard and Visa in our secure environment. Credit card details are all stored in a highly encrypted secure database and are "flushed" once your order has been processed. We may contact you for proof of identity in the case of large orders. Payment via PayPal is also available.

Do you charge sales tax?
No we do not !
All orders shipped to addresses outside of Australia are exempt from the 10% Australian goods and services tax. We will deduct 10% from your total order as it appears when you check out. Your credit card will be charged in Australian dollars less 10% GST (Goods And Services Tax).
How is my credit card charged?
No payment is made over the internet.
After receiving your credit card information we will process it manually requesting authorization from our bank merchant services as any retailer would do. The charge on your credit card statement will show the total amount at check out minus the 10% Australian sales tax plus the applicable freight cost converted in your currency, and will appear under "elements by Distinctive Products"- our Australian wholesaler and fulfillment entity.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ! From a location near you!

North American and European customers will receive their AH-coded products from our depot in France, and will be charged the applicable postage: USD 9.00 and Euro 6.90 for parcels up to 1Kg/2Pounds.
We will ship AH-coded products to Asian customers from our sister company: elements by Distinctive Products Pte Ltd, a Singapore registered company (200414679K).
We will let you know via email the exact shipping charges by order by destination for all the AH-coded products shipped out from France and Singapore prior to shipping your order.
